Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Due to the nature of our service—digital address verification, management tools, and related Platform features that are delivered or performed upon use—we do not issue refunds.

All purchases, fees, and payments processed through the Platform (including via Stripe) are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed or a service is accessed, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Account Cancellation and Service Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. Account cancellation or termination of access does not entitle you to a refund of any fees previously paid. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will end, and any data retained will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Reviews submitted prior to cancellation remain permanent records of the Platform and cannot be deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service without refund.
